Britain’s Energy Coast (BEC) is hiring talented project managers for its Project and Development team. The successful candidates will be working on exciting and significant commercial, residential and mixed-use schemes, getting the chance to be involved with project management from inception to hand over.
Having represented a consultancy, corporate, property company or developer, you will be highly regarded for your ability to financially analyse developments, project manage, engage with wider teams, empathise with clients and help drive projects forward.
The role needs someone who enjoys the challenges of small scale to £multi-million projects. You will embrace the opportunity to work for one of Cumbria’s most ambitious firms with a significant pipeline of projects across the county.
You are likely to be a QS/BS, engineer or commercially aware project manager. RICS, RTPI, Eng, APM qualifications would be welcome but not essential.
Responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Head of Property and Development and Project Team, you will grow into the role and take ownership of individual projects and work streams.
