Talented new recruits needed to strengthen team as it follows its new, clear direction
11th July 2016: Britain’s Energy Coast has completed its internal team review and is now recruiting a number of key positions to support the organisation as it moves through a significant organisational change.
The team changes follow a strategic review under CEO Michael Pemberton that sees the company move to full commercial operation owning, operating and developing property. This activity generates a profit surplus to fund projects that benefit the communities of Allerdale and Copeland, especially those with a low carbon connection.
“Our talent review has been comprehensive and, at times, difficult,” explains Michael. “We’ve made a total of 6 redundancies following our move away from offering general business support services and a dedicated in-house Inward Investment function. All redundancies were taken on a voluntary basis. The team has met the challenge of the review process head on, and we now look to take the company in its new direction. To do this we need some talented new faces to join us.”
